Boston Road Margherita (£11)

Home-made, long-prove, hand-stretched sourdough base, Italian tomato passata, Ogglio Sicilian olive oil , 36-month vintage cheddar, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil / oregano.

Spanish Heat (£13)

Spanish chorizo, fresh chillies (optional), home-made, long-prove, hand-stretched sourdough base, Italian tomato passata, 36-month vintage cheddar, mozzarella, and fresh basil/ oregano.

Mushroom (£12)

Mushrooms, home-made, long-prove, hand-stretched sourdough base, Italian tomato passata, Ogglio Sicilian olive oil , 36-month vintage cheddar, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil / oregano.

Seasonal selection (£14)

Dependent on what is being foraged in local woodland or harvested in the Boston Road garden or in season in the UK – with home-made, long-prove, hand-stretched sourdough base, Italian tomato passata, Ogglio Sicilian olive oil, 36-month vintage cheddar, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil / oregano.

Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for Friday collection between 5 and 7pm.

First, the sourdough is left for a minimum of eighteen hours to develop flavour. Second, it is hand-stretched onto a peel; third, the toppings are added; next, the dough is baked in 60 seconds at around 450 degrees c in a Roccbox pizza oven.

Alternative and additional toppings available on request.

How to order:

Order at any time but by at the latest 5pm on the Thursday, for collection on Friday from 5pm.
