Friday is SOURDOUGH pizza night.

What’s on the menu?

It’s been a hard week so why not put your feet up, watch that film you’ve been recommended, and eliminate some washing up? But if it isn’t made with a sourdough base it isn’t pizza. Ask any self-respecting Italian who knows his onions. To order please leave your message here.

Boston Road Margherita (£14)

Home-made, long-prove, hand-stretched sourdough base, Italian tomato passata, Ogglio Sicilian olive oil , vintage cheddar, buffalo mozzarella, black olives (optional) and fresh basil / oregano.

Spanish Heat (£14)

Spanish chorizo, fresh chillies (optional), home-made, long-prove, hand-stretched sourdough base, Italian tomato passata, vintage cheddar, mozzarella, and fresh basil/ oregano.

Mushroom (£14)

Mushrooms, olives (optional), home-made, long-prove, hand-stretched sourdough base, Italian tomato passata, Ogglio Sicilian olive oil , vintage cheddar, buffalo mozzarella, and fresh basil / oregano.

Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for Friday collection between 5 and 7.30pm.

First, the sourdough is left for a minimum of eighteen hours to develop flavour. Second, it is hand-stretched onto a peel; third, the toppings are added; next, the dough is baked in 60 seconds at around 450 degrees c in a Roccbox pizza oven.

Alternative and additional toppings available on request.

How to order:

Order at any time but by at the latest 5pm on the Thursday, for collection on Friday from 5pm until 7.30pm.
