Friday night is sourdough pizza night

For our Signature Margherita (£10), we use home-made fresh sourdough, the best Italian tomato passata we can find, British vintage cheddar and fresh basil. You can then choose additional toppings.

The toppings:

Chorizo, mushrooms, olives, blue cheese, fresh chillies, artichoke hearts, tuna, anchovies -add £2 for first additional toppings and £1 per subsequent additional topping. Fancy melted buffalo mozzarella on top? Add £3.

Minimum 24 hours’ notice required for Friday collection between 5 and 7pm.

First, the sourdough is left for a minimum of eighteen hours to develop flavour. Second, it is hand-stretched onto a peel; third, the toppings are added; next, the dough is baked in 60 seconds at around 450 degrees c in a RoccBox pizza oven.

Order by 5pm on on Thursday for Friday collection from 5pm.
